Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, authentication records, and workspace preferences.
- Workspace content such as clients, invoices, statuses, reminder settings, and activity logs.
- Support messages, device and browser information, and basic service logs used for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide workspaces and invoice workflows, send reminders you configure, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate PayChase, including Neon for database and authentication infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for subscriptions and payments, and hosting and monitoring providers. Providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Retention and security
We retain workspace data while your account is active and for a limited period needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and secure secret handling, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@paychase.pro. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where the law requires it.
Children and changes
PayChase is for businesses and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
