Terms of Service

PayChase helps businesses organize invoices, contact clients, and send scheduled payment reminders. PayChase is software, not a bank, payment processor, legal adviser, or debt-collection agency. We do not guarantee that a client will pay.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and use one account per email address. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for ensuring that your messages, invoices, payment links, and client data are lawful and accurate.

You must not use PayChase for fraud, harassment, unlawful debt collection, deceptive messages, spam, or invoices for goods or services that were not supplied.

You decide the recipients, timing, and tone of reminders. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and will honor objections, opt-outs, and applicable marketing, privacy, and electronic-communications rules. Mark invoices paid or pause reminders promptly.

Free features are subject to the limits shown in the product. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Prices are shown in euros before checkout. We may change features or prices with reasonable notice; changes do not alter a period already paid for.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk, or remain unpaid. You may stop using PayChase or request account deletion at any time. On termination, we may delete workspace data after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

GREGLABS CO owns PayChase and its software, branding, and documentation. You retain your workspace content. We work to keep the service available but provide it on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, GREGLABS CO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for a client’s failure to pay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GREGLABS CO’s principal place of business, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@paychase.pro with questions or notices.
