Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel PayChase without a long-term contract. This policy explains what happens next.

Cancel anytime
Cancel your paid subscription through the Stripe customer billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law or approved by GREGLABS CO. If PayChase has a material service failure, contact us promptly with your account email and billing details so we can review the request.
Free plan
The free plan has no recurring charge. If you never started a paid subscription, there is no subscription payment to refund.
How to request help
Email support@paychase.pro with “Refund request” in the subject. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear.
